Are lessons only done online?
Lessons are performed online only via Zoom or Microsoft Teams depending on which tutor you are interested in. Some parents may prefer an in-person tutor which we do understand.
However, we have found that pupils prefer online tutoring as they are more used to online interactions. They also feel less self-conscious, so tend to open up more, developing trust and a great working relationship.
Lessons last approximately 1 hour. In certain circumstances, lessons may be shorter at a pro-rata rate. We often find that a 45-minute lesson can be very effective for younger pupils doing KS2 for example. Please discuss this with your tutor beforehand or contact us if you would like to discuss any individual requirements.
